Training Cancellation Policy

Life happens.

If you need to cancel your registration to a course or courses, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at trainingcenter@yuroboros.com or calling us at +1 564 264 4836.

We understand that life happens, and things out of our control can cause us to cancel our plans. If you need to cancel your registration for an upcoming course or courses, we will work with you to find the best solution for everyone involved.

Our Standard Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations more than ten (10) days before the start of a course:

We are happy to provide four different options for you:

  1. Keep a credit on hand to use for future yuroboros SPC courses;
  2. Transfer you to another yuroboros SPC course of equal value;
  3. If a recorded version of the course is available, we can provide access to the course recording and materials so you can still take the course on-demand and earn any potential continuing education credits; or
  4. Provide a full refund to your original payment method minus a 10% administration fee.

No refunds for cancellations less than ten (10) days before the start of a course:

We are unable to provide refunds for cancellations less than ten days before the start of a course since plans have been finalized. However, if a recorded version of the course is available, we can provide access to the course recording and materials so you can still take the course on-demand and earn any potential continuing education credits.
