(Co)Action Lab is a community of practice to support social change-makers in co-creating a caring world. This application helps us identify candidates who share our commitment to fostering compassion and collective care through social change and engaged practices and collaborations. Accepted applicants are invited to become members of (Co)Action Lab.

This application requires reflection and may take 15 to 30 minutes to complete. The form asks for your contact information, demographic information, why you're applying for membership, and your social change experience. These data help us screen candidates and provide a customized membership experience. Demographic information helps us ensure diversity of identities and experiences in each Practice Group. Although social change-maker experience is not necessary to apply, an aspiration to integrate social change for a more caring and compassionate world is a prerequisite for membership.
