About yuroboros SPC
Using guiding principles rooted in compassion and collective care, yuroboros SPC brings together people, organizations, and governments to reimagine relationships among people, places, and the planet. The new corporation integrates (Co)Action Lab, a community of practice for social change-makers established in 2018, with Yuroboros LLC, a consultancy founded in 2023 to support mission-driven organizations with co-creating research, strategies, and policy in partnership with marginalized and under-resourced communities. Merged together, we offer professional, management, and scientific development services and training to support mission-driven individuals and organizations in developing themselves and their efforts to advance human rights, social justice, and environmental justice.
Our clients and members engage us for advising, consulting, continuing education, and research services, delivered in a manner that adheres to our guiding principles and the requirements of the state of Washington for a social purpose corporation (SPC). In accordance with state law, we strive to promote positive short-term and long-term effects and to minimize or eliminate any adverse short- and long-term effects of yuroboros SPC's activities upon our collaborators, employees, vendors, and clients; the local, state, national, and world community; and the interdependent natural and built environment.
